These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of yumnum.store (the “Site”) and your purchases from Marigold River LLC (“YumNum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Products & pricing
We do our best to describe our products and display prices accurately. Prices and availability may change at any time. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel or refund that order.
Orders & payment
When you place an order you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total, including applicable shipping and taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or errors.
Allergen disclaimer
Our products are vegan and made without 8 of the top 9 major food allergens, but they contain almonds (a tree nut) and are made in a home kitchen that handles tree nuts. This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department. If you have a severe allergy, please use your own judgment. You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming.
Shipping & risk of loss
We ship via USPS Priority. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping & Storage page for details.
Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)
If you sign up for a recurring “Subscribe & Save” order, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund an order that has already been placed. To cancel or change a subscription, email support@yumnum.store.
Promotions & discount codes
Discount codes are valid for a limited time, may be limited to one use per customer or first orders only, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value. We may modify or end any promotion at any time.
Returns & refunds
Because our products are perishable food, we generally do not accept returns. If something arrives damaged or wrong, we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including our name, logo, text, images, and design — are owned by Marigold River LLC and may not be used without our permission.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Site and products are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marigold River LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the order at issue.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
