We want every box to show up exactly the way we'd want our own to. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
Perishable food, so no returns
Because our cookies and cookie dough are perishable food, we can't accept physical returns or exchanges for food-safety reasons. But that doesn't mean you're stuck with a bad experience — read on.
Damaged, melted, or wrong orders
If your order arrives damaged, melted in a way that makes you sad, or it's simply not what you ordered, email support@yumnum.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if you can. We'll sort out a replacement or a refund — your call.
Lost or stuck packages
If tracking shows your package is lost or badly delayed, reach out and we'll work with you on a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the cost of additional shipping.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method via Stripe. It can take a few business days for your bank to post the credit after we issue it.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription any time before your next billing date — that stops future charges. An order that's already been placed follows the same policy above. To cancel or change a subscription, email support@yumnum.store.
