Our agave-sweetened almond flour base goes dark with Dutch-process cocoa and vegan low-allergy sweet chocolate chips. Vegan, dairy-free, soy-free, made in a kitchen full of love. Egg-free, so you can eat straight from the tube.

Shape into tablespoon-sized balls and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes, then squish the tops down with the back of a spoon for that fudgy, bakery-style finish. A chocolate cookie you can hand to anyone at the table.

Bake at home

How to bake the cookie.

The dough is safe to eat as-is, but when you want a warm, golden-edged cookie, here's the move.

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Shape the cookie dough into tablespoon-sized balls.
  3. Place on an oiled baking sheet or one lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, removing once golden brown.
  5. While still hot, give each cookie a squish to flatten with the back of a spoon or ladle.
  6. Let rest for 5–10 minutes, then enjoy a delicious vegan & gluten-free cookie.
