Shipping policy

Made by hand in our Austin kitchen, packed the same day, shipped USPS Priority. Cookie Dough is certified shelf-stable for 90 days, so it goes out in a standard mailer — no ice packs, no cold-chain surcharge.

Shipping

• USPS Priority — 2–3 days. Standard. Tracking emailed when your box leaves Austin.
• Free shipping — orders over $75. Automatically applied at checkout. No code.
• Order cutoff — Wednesday noon CT. Orders placed by Wednesday noon ship that week.

Storage

We tested every dough at an independent lab. Water activity (Aw) measured 0.64, well below the FDA non-TCS threshold of 0.85 — the technical way of saying the dough is safe to eat raw and safe to ship at room temperature.

• Cookie Dough — Pantry: 3 months. Sealed roll, room temperature. Certified shelf-stable.
• Cookie Dough — Refrigerated: 6 months. Kept chilled.
• Cookie Dough — Frozen: up to 1 year. Sealed roll, deep freeze.
• Baked Cookies — Counter: up to 7 days. Sealed container, room temperature.
• Baked Cookies — Frozen: up to 30 days. Warm at 350°F for 5 minutes to bring them back.

A few notes

• Refunds. If something arrives damaged or melted in a way that makes you sad, email support@yumnum.store within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
• Address. Double-check the shipping address at checkout. USPS returns add a week.
• Hot summers. Cookie Dough is shelf-stable, so heat is mostly a comfort question, not a safety one. If you live somewhere very hot, consider grabbing the box at lunch or having it shipped to your office.
